BUSINESS POLICY
Studio Rental
- Only one member/person should make the reservation
- Bands/Customers are requested to be on time (15 minutes late on scheduled reservation will be canceled to accommodate other customers)
- We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your schedule
- Bands/Customers canceling with less than 24 hours of schedule will be required to pay 50% of the reserved services in order to continue to book other services with our business
Live Recording
- Reservation should be set 24 hours before your desired appointment
- We usually request 20 minutes of your booked session for live recording
- Please bring your own flash drive for the copy of your song
Business Rules and Regulations
- Personal belongings are left entirely at the owner's risk
- Food, non-water drinks and gum are not allowed during rehearsal (water is recommended in sealable bottles)
- No drink should be placed on top of electrical equipment
- Remove your shoes before entering the jam pad
- We administer a zero tolerance for smoking, alcohol and drugs
- The room can only be occupied within the booked hours
- The jam room is restricted to band members only
- Maintain decorum during the session. Violent behavior will not be entertained
- Band’s own electrical equipment must comply with current electrical safety standards
- Any damage to or fault found with the fitted sound system must be reported immediately to a duty manager at reception (no attempt should be made to investigate and/or fix the fault)
- Costs resulting from any damage to the room or equipment will be invoiced to the hirer of the room
- If you make a mess, clean it up
